Morvellao™ is operated by Changsha Jiaojian Technology Co., Ltd. These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases through morvellao.com. Website access and conduct are addressed separately in our Terms of Use.
Product information
Read the product description, measurements, materials, options and care information before ordering. Screen settings can affect how colors appear. We aim to keep listings accurate; this does not excuse goods that fail to match their description or remove applicable remedies.
Ordering and acceptance
You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement or have appropriate permission. Provide accurate billing, delivery and contact details. An automated order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. Order acceptance occurs when we confirm dispatch, unless applicable law or an explicit checkout statement provides otherwise.
Prices and payment
The total shown at checkout includes the charges disclosed there. Payment methods depend on the options displayed. If we discover a material pricing or availability error before acceptance, we will contact you to confirm corrected terms or cancel and refund the affected order; we will not charge an increased price without your agreement.
Delivery and returns
Shipping Policy explains delivery arrangements. Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day return request process and refunds. These policies form part of the purchase terms and do not reduce statutory protections.Changes, cancellations and availability
Contact us promptly if you need to change an order. Changes depend on fulfillment status. We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason such as unavailability, suspected fraud or a legal restriction. If payment has been collected for an order we cancel, we will refund it.
Responsibility and consumer rights
We remain responsible for obligations that applicable law places on us. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory guarantees, rights concerning faulty goods or other non-waivable consumer rights. We do not require you to waive those rights to shop with us.

Applicable law determines your rights and any competent forum; these terms do not impose exclusive foreign jurisdiction or mandatory arbitration. Updates apply to future orders and do not retrospectively change the terms of an accepted purchase.
